Ben Venter acquired the license to market and service PI in 1981 after meeting PI’s founder, Arnold Daniels. He previously held positions as the HR manager at companies such as Altech and Nordberg.

Ben has directed his energy at building a consulting practice, to advise and assist clients to deliver their business strategy. He continuously works at extending the application of PI to achieving organisation effectiveness.

Chantal Walley
Business Partner
Chantal Walley joined PI SouthAfrica in 1992. She is currently ranked among the top PI trainers worldwide and her PI Executive Education workshops are highly-rated.
Chantal has extensive experience in working with CEOs to build more effective organisations. Chantal manages a portfolio of major clients, including Avis Rent-A-Car and Nedbank, among others, who have introduced Capacity Building initiatives.
