The company's key personnel are trained in the application of these PI tools, and the PI philosophy, in the course of a 3 day workshop. Then they are given ongoing support and assistance from their PI consultant whenever necessary, but ultimately PI SouthAfrica works to empower its clients to use the PI system freely and effectively.

What are our roots? PI SouthAfrica was established in 1982 by Ben Venter after he met Arnold Daniels, the founder of PI Worldwide, on a visit to his Predictive Index clients in South Africa. As a result of this meeting, Ben became the South African licensee to market the Predictive Index®.

Ben was joined by Brian Dalton in 1990. Brian was trained in PI by Ben in 1983 and used the system as a client for a number of years before joining PI SouthAfrica.

Chantal Walley joined the organisation in 1992 and is today ranked among the top PI trainers worldwide. She has extensive experience in working with CEOs to build more effective organisations and manages a portfolio of major South African and international organisations.

PI SouthAfrica holds the PI license for Africa and has a client base in Kenya. Management workshops are regularly conducted for clients with operations in Ghana, Nigeria, Namibia and Mozambique.
