PI SouthAfrica has found that its many clients apply PI in ways unique to each organisation and the culture, there. By looking at these individual stories, PI SouthAfrica gains new insight into how organisations are benefitting from PI – and stand to gain even more from it.

PI SouthAfrica is building an archive of case studies, and publishing shortened versions of these on the site for you to look at.

The case studies are written from an initial briefing with the PI associate for an understanding of the client's use and history of using PI. A detailed interview with the owner of PI at the client (typically the company MD) follows to build an accurate picture of what PI brings to the organisation.

4GTech – telecommunications. A case study of a company that was structured from the start using PI.
Aquatan – civil engineers. A case study of a company where the use of PI has become second nature and staff turnover is below 5%.
Avis Rent-a-Car – car rentals. A project-managed rollout of PI throughout this large organisation completely transformed the use and benefits of PI, and had an impact on the company culture as well as individuals.
HartWood – digital printers. A small business that found one surprising benefit of PI was the boost in business and management confidence.
