PI Executive Education

The first stage of the PI process is to empower managers to structure positions in an informed, insightful way that is certain to deliver the business plan; to identify the talent best able to deliver the job outcomes; and to accept responsibility for retaining and developing future leadership. These skills and this knowledge are achieved during the 3 day PI Executive Education Workshop.

Talent available (individual)

With the PI PRO having given you a talent specification for the job, the PI Survey allows you to identify a person’s talents in a matter of minutes and to determine where they match the job’s requirements.

Talent required (role)

Drawing up the key performance areas – between 3 and 5 of them – of a job enables a manager to align the jobs within the department with the business plan. Identifying what needs to be done to achieve the business plan is a fundamental step.

KPAs are a given in most companies, but often the link between the job and the business plan, and the talent needed for the job, is missing.

PI offers a unique tool: the PRO – performance requirement options – which enables managers to make the vital link between the job outputs and the talent required with great precision and objectivity.

“The PRO is a remarkable instrument”, says PISA’s Ben Venter. “Think about it: you can take the job’s 5 key outputs and translate them into a talent specification – in other words, it precisely describes the person you are looking for.”

The Client - PISA relationship

To improve productivity, your managers need to acquire the knowledge, insights and skills that they currently lack – you can’t bring about change in an organisation unless your managers learn how to do things differently.

We customise our training and consulting vehicle, the Predictive Index, to address your issues. 27 years of experience with SA companies means we have the solutions.

Concentrating on your key positions (your sales team, for example), we enable your managers to align the output of those positions with the business plan: so if the outputs are achieved, your business plan is achieved.

We give your managers critical skills – structuring positions and identifying the talent to place in those positions. We provide support that allows your company to address performance priorities within a matter of weeks, not months or years.

And we provide the metrics for your managers to realise the benefits of planning for, achieving and monitoring growth.
