Introducing Predictive Index e-learning courses

We are introducing a suite of three online e-learning courses designed specifically to leverage and enhance your investment in the Predictive Index.  These courses are not a replacement of the instructor-led PI Management Workshop(TM).  Instead, their goal is to enhance and reinforce PI(R) knowledge at all levels of your organisation, with courses benefitting Analysts and non-Analysts alike:

  • Introduction to Behavavioral Science and the Predictive Index(R)
  • Predictive Index(R) Review
  • Delivering Powerful Predictive Index(R) Feedback

Each 30-minute course is designed with the adult learner in mind.  They are interactive, self paced, content rich, and packed with science-based information that can be put to use immediately.  Delivered through the online PI Worldwide E-learning Centre, these courses provide "anytime, anywhere" distance learning making them convenient, consistent and very cost effective.

Please contact your PI Consultant directly to discuss how you can incorporate Predictive Index e-learning into your organisation's learning strategy.

"I was aghast at the thought of being out of the office for several days, but the time was truly well spent. I could immediately map PI back to pressing issues we faced in the organisation and make decisions based on objective, behavioral criteria. And that objectivity has brought a whole new level of confidence to my decision making. I’m completely enamoured with the Predictive Index®." - Lisa Daigle, President DataSys Corporation

Traffic Freeflow and PI SouthAfrica Winter Charity Drive

PI SouthAfrica people recently contributed to one of PI SouthAfrica's clients' charity drives. With the Highveld winter setting in, everyone feels the cold. But more so those who call a patch of unforgiving pavement their home. Chantal, Anthony and Sharon of PI SouthAfrica contributed to Traffic Freeflow's charity drive.

Traffic Freeflow CEO Colleen Bekker wrote to say:

"Just a quick newsflash to share some heartwarming news and photos in a time of icy weather. We recently sent out a mail to everyone to please assist us with an internal blanket and beanie drive which we were running from the Traffic Freeflow Head Office. Thank you to PI for your contribution, it was much appreciated. Our staff also contributed funds personally, with which we bought additional blankets.

"We set off into the city centre on Friday the 10th June, a particularly cold morning, to distribute these donations. As you will see from the photos, we stumbled across very sad scenes, and in many instances, the people were completely oblivious as to the fact that we were even there. We merely covered the people and moved on to the next site. It was so humbling, and in the words of one of the pointsmen “This has been the saddest day of my life, and even a one-roomed shack seems like a luxury after today.”

"Should anyone wish to donate any further blankets or beanies, we would be most grateful and will continue to do the distribution between shifts during downtime."

Achieving the business plan

Engaged employees are your organisation's vital links to customer satisfaction, revenue growth and profitability.

PI SouthAfrica helps you to create a sustainable culture, driven by your managers, of performance management and talent development

PI SouthAfrica also provides you with a performance metric that maps out precisely how the business unit is performing as a whole, and how individuals are performing within it, called the PI Capacity Grid.

Whether you already have your team in place or are still building it, the PI Capacity Grid helps you strategise your team’s improvement and growth.

The Capacity Grid doesn't stop at showing you who your performers, stalwarts and road warriors are; it also allows you to build a strategy for development.

"PI SouthAfrica provides the tools, skills and support for your managers to convert effort into performance – the Capacity Grid allows you to convert the 'soft skills' into a competitive advantage," explains PI SouthAfrica’s Ben Venter.
